I understand this is a training course, not a dog playground, and my dog must behave appropriately. I confirm that my dog is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and I will provide proof if requested. I understand that training my dog requires work outside of the 1-hour weekly class, and I am committed to practicing at home. I understand that my dog may not be fully trained once the course ends and that this does not entitle me to a refund.
