  • Application Information:

    • Applications due by April 24, 2026
    • $50 non-refundable application fee will be due with this application via PayPal
    • This is an application and does NOT guarantee you are in the show
    • We will contact you on or before May 15, 2026 to let you know if you have been approved
    • A PayPal invoice & contract will be sent to your email once you are approved for the show
    • 50% booth deposit & signed contract must be received by June 5, 2026 & 100% booth payment by July 3, 2026. You will forfeit your booth space if not paid by the payment deadlines.

  • All booths must pay an additional $30 special event fee & $100 decorator fee. The booth fee is a FLAT RATE and if the length of the show changes, the booth rate will stay the same.

  • Terms and Conditions:

    1. The $50.00 application fee is non-refundable and will not be applied to the Booth Space invoice nor refunded if you are not accepted into The Run For A Million Gift Show. By submitting your application, you understand that you are not guaranteed a booth at The Run For A Million Gift Show.
    2. Agree to abide by the rules & regulations stipulated in the actual contract, should you be accepted into the show.
    3. Understand that The Run For A Million Gift Show is a western oriented show. Items, products, or services that do not fit within the western theme may not be accepted. Show Management reserves the right to assign space in accordance with other Exhibitors & products. The Run For A Million Gift Show strives to maintain a large variety of products in all areas and does not wish to overload any one area with similar like products. Show Management asks that you display your booth in a manner keeping with our theme, therefore, your decorations must meet the approval of Show Management. All Show Management decisions are final. 
    4. If accepted into the show, you agree to pay a 50% booth fee deposit by June 12, 2026 & 100% booth fee payment by July 3, 2026. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of booth space in The Run For A Million.
    5. If you cancel (or fail to meet payment deadlines) before June 5, 2026 there will be a 25% cancellation fee. Before July 3, 2026 there will be a 50% cancellation fee & after July 3, 2026 there will be a 100% cancellation fee. All cancellation fees will be based on full invoice amount.
