As part of our commitment to excellence in programming, the NBPA reserves a hotel room block at our conference venue site for the safety and comfort of attendees. The NBPA is responsible for obtaining a room attrition of at least 80% of the room block. Attendees who register for the conference are highly encouraged to reserve their room at the host hotel at the same time as the registration. Over the years, attendees have reserved rooms but canceled at the last minute, leaving the organization exposed to financial liability. By signing below, you acknolwedge that you will make every effort to reserve (and complete the reservation of) a room at the host hotel, The Rosen Plaza, and understand the ramifications of last-minute cancellations on the financial health of the NBPA. If you are completing this registration for an office on behalf of a group, you acknowledge that you will educate your attendees on this matter and ensure that if substitutions for the group need to be made, hotel reservations will also be addressed in a timely manner.
