All celebration packages offered by Rave Baby Rave and Rave. Travel. Retreat. are sold as base packages. Base package pricing reflects the starting point for planning and includes only the services, décor, setup areas, coordination, and support specifically listed within the selected package at the time of booking.

By proceeding, I understand and agree that:

Only the services and areas listed in my selected package are included
Package inclusions are limited to the number of rooms, areas, and coordination outlined in the package description
Any requests beyond the base package scope require additional approval and payment

Additional Services, Add-Ons & Separate Invoicing
I acknowledge that the following are not included in base package pricing unless explicitly listed as included:

Additional rooms or celebration areas
Expanded décor, custom builds, or large installations
Extended setup or vendor hours
Food, catering, grazing tables, waffle carts, private chefs, or restaurant experiences
Celebration cakes
Entertainment, photographers, or specialty vendors
Activities, excursions, or partner experiences
Where offered, these services may be coordinated by Rave Baby Rave or Rave. Travel. Retreat., but the cost of services is not included unless paid for as an add-on.

All additional services or upgrades will be:

Failure to complete payment for any additional service means that service will not be provided.

Food, Cake & Experience Coordination
