Capture the energy and changes of the season. All artwork is welcome.

Take-in: APR 20, 9:30 am to 1 pm

Art Removal: JUN 1 (Gallery will not be open on April 15 to April 18, due to repairs, no pickups between April 15 - April 19th)

Bring a short Bio to the Monthly Show: (1-sided) for the Monthly Show Book

Hosting obligations: Immediately schedule and coordinate with the Calendar Chair, or pay a substitute, and let email the Calendar Chair, Ellen Cramer.

Reception obligation: Any month that hosts a reception has an obligation of support as a part of the entry application.

No Early Take-in: Please schedule a pickup with another artist or friend. Just ask.

Review all Art Preparation Requirements for Art Categories: Use the online Members Info Page for Monthly Shows, Guidelines and Instructions. Check everything.

No damaged frames please, and no artwork weighing over 7lbs, thank you.

Hosting applies for 3 hours in the gallery.

If you did not receive two emails verifying your entry details, then you did not complete your applicaiton properly. Please check all your "spam/junk" folders and whitelist our emails on your email systems. Please never assume it went through.

Any Issues: Clear your computer cached browser history to be able to continue with this form, it remembers mistakes.

Waiver of Hold Harmless:

Upon joining or renewing as a Member, you acknowledged a Waiver of Hold Harmless that was included in your application process, and good for one year for entering art into the gallery and for other programs, unless we need anything additional, you will be notified.

All members should consider providing their own insurance. COAL is not responsible for damage to your artwork, and you further acknowledge that pictures and/or videos taken during COAL/NCAG programs, activities, and/or events may be used for future promotional or communication purposes on all social media platforms representing the COAL/NCAG.
