Photo Submission Guidelines:

Tongue Photo:

1. The tongue must be obvious.
2. Please show the middle and inner area of the tongue, not only the tip.
3. Keep the tongue relaxed and natural.
4. Do not stretch, tense, or flatten it.
5. Take the photo 15–20 minutes after eating or drinking.
6. Do not brush or scrape your tongue before the photo.

Iris (Eye) Photos:

1. Please take a photo of each eye separately.
2. You hold a phone flashlight yourself, shining it from the side of your eye.
3. Another person takes the photo.
4. The light should not shine directly into the eye.
5. The iris must be clear and in focus.
6. Avoid glare, reflections, or shadows.
