Note: You will need the dog's Breeding, UKC and HRC information to complete the registration.

Important Information About Your Entry

PVHRC uses an online entry process to collect entries in each test. Entries into each test will be accepted on a first come - first served basis. It should cut off after the limit per test according to the premium. If you get a sold out you can contact Lee Ann Heldt at laheldt@hotmail.com to be put on a waitlist.

In the event your entry information is processed after a test is filled, PVHRC will notify you as promptly as possible and refund the entry fee.

In the event of a scratch prior to cut off date please notify Lee Ann Heldt at laheldt@hotmail.com for a refund.

Please note an individual registration must be completed for each dog. For additional dogs please complete a separate registration and submit.

How to Enter a Hunt Test.

Please read carefully - example below

We use a selection and cart checkout process.

1. Use the > arrow key to scroll right or left through the different test / fee options to find each Hunt Test selection(s). There are six options.

2. You will see the Hunt Test name and and charge for each.

3. To select a Hunt Test or fee option choose the + sign to add each to your cart.

If you do not have a UKC or HRC regsitration number you will have to select the $5 fee for each applicable test you have entered.

4. The Shopping Cart will show your selection(s) and a total amount will be displayed. You can click on the shopping cart to view detail.

Click NEXT when you see the correct selection(s) and Total Cost.

If you do not see any items in your cart or Total Cost
your selection has not been made.

Example

In the example above, one test has been selected (Called Upland A) on page #3 and the cart shows one item for $78.

You can add multiple tests in one transaction by clicking on each test. Example to enter Saturday Test 1, and Saturday Test 2, click on the + sign to select each. Your dollar amount for two tests should be 2 x $78 = $156. This includes the credit card processing fees.

If you don't see any dollars you have not entered your dog.

You should receive two emails - one from Jotform (our web forms provider) and one showing your payment receipt (from Square, our payments processor).

Entry Confirmation

Confirmation of your entry into this hunt test will be provided by two methods:

Online Confirmation - upon submit a "Thank You" web page shall be displayed confirming receipt of your hunt test registration.

Email Confirmation - an email will be sent from "jotform" (jotform.com) which will provide details of your test registration. Please save this. If you do not see this email please check your junk or spam email folders.

Bird Cleaning and BBQ Lunch

	Bird Cleaning - Each participant will be responsible for the proper cleaning and disposal of their birds. (These will be used for the BBQ lunch). Bring your own tools and clean-up supplies.

	BBQ Lunch - The Platte Valley Hunting Retriever Club will be hosting a lunch on Saturday for participants featuring grilled Chukar, beans and potato salad. We'll have plates and utensils too. Bring your own drinks, and a chair for relaxing.
