  • District Service Projects will be on Friday, March 27.  Steve Adsmond (District GST) has identified an outstanding service project for this year's convention: building beds for children in need through the “SHP”—Sleep in Heavenly Peace Program. The project will be divided into two parts. The first part will take place on Friday before the convention begins (12-3pm), at an SHP construction site (1551 Morey Rd., Lake City) where bunk beds will be assembled. The second part will occur during the convention at two different times, where participants will assemble blanket by cutting the edges and tying them together.  The first session to assemble blankets will be from 12-3pm at the Evergreen Resort and the second session will be from 7:45pm-9pm in Wexord room at the Evergreen Resort.  If you’re interested in building beds, please be aware that you’re going to get dirty, so wear the appropriate clothing and shoes.

  • Saturday Breakfast:  Breakfast is included with your room if you stay at the resort.  If you drive in and want breakfast, it is $15/person.  You can pay directly to Evergreen Resort.
