Refund Policy
A $25 cancellation fee per registrant applies to all refund requests received on or before November 6, 2026. No refunds will be issued on or after November 7, 2026.

Employees of Manufacturing Companies
This form may not be used to register employees of manufacturing companies. Manufacturing employees must register as either:
- Exhibiting company booth staff, or
- Non-exhibiting manufacturers at groundwaterweek.com/nonexhibiting-manufacturers.
Registrations submitted incorrectly may be cancelled.
