  • Vendor Information: Dash for disABILITIES Superhero 5K, Walk & Roll

    Cost per Booth: $40.00

    Vendor Requirements:

    Vendors must provide their equipment, including Canopies
    Tables
    Chairs
    Weights for canopies (weights are mandatory and must be provided by the vendor).

    Please note: No electricity or running water is available for this event.
    Set-Up and Breakdown:

    Set-Up Time: Vendors may begin setting up at 6:00 AM. All booths must be fully set up by 7:00 AM.

    Breakdown Time: Booths must be taken down and cleaned up by 10:00 AM.

    Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean and in the same condition as it was when they arrived.
    Important Guidelines:

    We reserve the right to censor booth content if deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the event's mission.
    Registration Details:

    Vendor registration forms must be submitted no later than one week before the event.


    Insurance Requirement:

    Vendors must provide an insurance certificate listing Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation as additional insured.

  • Vendor Agreement and Release of Liability
    Dash For disABILITIES for Special Needs Families

    I, the undersigned Vendor, representative, agent, or authorized business owner, acknowledge and understand the following:

    • Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation does not provide vendors with medical insurance, liability insurance, property insurance, or medical treatment for injuries or damages arising from participation in this event.
    • I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks associated with my participation as a vendor in the Dash For disABILITIES for Special Needs Families event and all related activities, including setup, operation, and breakdown.

    I hereby agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation, the Town of Apple Valley, and their respective officers, agents, representatives, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation as a vendor. This includes, but is not limited to, liability for death, personal injury, illness, property damage, loss of merchandise, theft, equipment damage, or financial loss, whether caused by the active or passive negligence of the released parties or by any defective or hazardous condition of any property, facility, or equipment.

    I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for my booth, merchandise, equipment, displays, inventory, and personnel. I agree to operate my booth in a safe, professional, and lawful manner and to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, and event policies. I further agree to maintain proper supervision of my staff, volunteers, or representatives at all times.

    I agree to comply with all rules, guidelines, timelines, safety requirements, and operational procedures established by Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation and the Town of Apple Valley for this event.

    Indemnification
    I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation and the Town of Apple Valley from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to my participation as a vendor, including but not limited to claims resulting from my actions, omissions, products, services, equipment, personnel, or booth operations.

    Insurance Acknowledgment
    I understand that Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation and the Town of Apple Valley do not provide insurance coverage for vendors. I acknowledge that I am responsible for carrying my own general liability insurance coverage, if required, and that I bear all risk of loss, theft, or damage to my property, merchandise, or equipment.

    Photo, Video, and Media Release
    I hereby grant permission to Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation and the Town of Apple Valley to photograph, record, and capture my likeness, business name, logo, products, booth, and participation in this event. I authorize the use of such images, video, audio, and recordings in any and all publications, including but not limited to websites, social media, printed materials, marketing, advertising, fundraising, and promotional content, without payment or other consideration.

    I understand that all such media becomes the property of Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation and may be edited, altered, copied, published, distributed, or displayed for any lawful purpose. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product and waive any claims to royalties, compensation, or ownership arising from such use.

    Compliance & Conduct
    I agree to conduct my business in a manner that reflects positively on the mission of Rock'n Our Disabilities Foundation and the values of the Town of Apple Valley. I understand that failure to comply with event rules, safety requirements, or professional conduct standards may result in removal from the event without refund.

    Electronic Agreement and Acknowledgment
    By signing below or submitting this agreement electronically, I acknowledge that I have carefully read, fully understand, and voluntarily agree to all terms contained in this Vendor Agreement and Release of Liability. I understand that this agreement is legally binding and enforceable.
