TERMS AND CONDITIONS

No Shows – are non-refundable.
Non-Golfer Rider Privileges: most golf courses do require a cart fee cost which is to be paid in the Pro Shop upon check-in. During busy times of the year, the non-golfer may be denied riding privileges due to availability of carts.
Non-Golfer Transportation: $20.00 from Punta Cana/Bavaro Area & $35.00 from Bayahibe / Casa de Campo area – paid in cash directly to the driver
Club Rentals: $80.00 per set, available at pro shop
Cancellation Window: outside of 48 hours cancellations are non-refundable, unless due to force majeure. All cancellations must be in writing via email or cancelled within your reservation link. Cancellations in the Pro Shop will not be refunded, as you have booked via a 3rd party partner.
Rain Checks – are at the discretion of the golf course.
Dress Code: closed-toed golf shoe or athletic shoe, collared shirts, shorts, pants or skorts.
Medical emergency: for a full refund inside the cancellation period, a medical certificate must be provided.
Fore Caddies are MANDATORY at Punta Espada and must be paid in cash to the caddie. Minimum $30.00 plus tip per cart.
Fore Caddies are MANDATORY at Las Iguanas and must be paid in cash to the caddie
- 9 Holes: $15.00 plus tip
- 18 Holes: $25.00 plus tip

Please note that all pricing for club rentals, transportation & caddie fees may be changed at any time, due to cost increases.
