Overview
The 2026 Year-End Meeting will be a modern, flexible, and casual weekend designed to create connection, development, and celebration. Our focus is on great social experiences, training, and meaningful time with the Jaycees.
Friday – Arrival & Social
6:00 PM | Opening Social @Calypso
A casual welcome mixer for all attendees.
After 8:00 PM | Choose Your Experience

Virginia Jaycees Year-End Awards Celebration @Doc Taylor's Seaside Marketplace
Join us for a cocktail-style celebration as we honor the leadership and service of our 91st President, Sean Brady, as well as celebrate the hard work of our members across the state. This year’s cocktail-style reception features a sports-inspired theme with a smart casual dress code. Guests are welcome to wear a jersey styled with jeans or elevate their look with blazers, dresses, jumpsuits, or polished accessories. The goal is comfortable, intentional, and celebration-ready as we close the year together.
Optional Social After Celebration
After the Awards Dinner, the night is yours—join a planned social time, connect with other Jaycees, or explore the area with friends.
Sunday – Optional Brunch & Departure
Brunch is optional (at your own expense), and members may depart at their convenience.

As part of registration, you’ll see optional donation amounts below. Any level of support helps us continue investing in better resources and experiences for chapters across Virginia, such as working materials at our January State Board Retreat and welcome packages with planning tools and premium event calendars.
