Selecting a payment option is due in order to submit form. The $20 enrollment fee that covers course materials is non refundable. I acknowledge that if I drop this course or re enroll in the same or different level of the course I will have to re submit the enrollment fee of $20 at that time. If I am enrolling in two or more courses, I understand I need to pay $20 per course. ________________________________________________________________________________________.
