Location is IU-Indianapolis University Tower, which is a very limited space. Please do not bring large displays. Your power is in your people!
Each exhibit booth is $900 and includes one free conference registration for your program. We encourage as many of your program's faculty and residents to register for the conference and attend the sessions and networking events. Each additional registrant will get a code for a discount of their regisration rate.
Each exhibit will include a table and two chairs, no pipe and drape.
Two related programs may share one booth and split the fee, but will need to purchase one additional registration for the second program.

Conference Cancellation Policy:
Should any situation arise that is beyond the control of the IAFP/ FMM that prevents the holding of the conference and/or the residency exhibit hall, the IAFP and FMM will not be liable for any expenses or losses incurred by the exhibitor beyond the residency exhibit fee. Should the conference and/or residency exhibit hall need to cancel, FMM will refund the full exhibit fee within 30 days of cancellation notice.
Exhibiting Program Refund Policy:
Written notice of cancellation must be received by August 24 to obtain a partial refund, minus $50 administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after August 24. A no-show by an exhibitor forfeits their exhibit fee entirely.
