THREE DAY EVENT ~ Friday, Saturday & Sunday - November 13, 14 & 15, 2026
Canandaigua Christkindl Market is an outdoor, juried, volunteer-run holiday craft show held on the grounds of the historic Granger Homestead and Carriage Museum.
• Application deadline is June 1, 2026 - No exceptions.
• Application is juried based on recent digital images of original work, detailed description of your product and process, and your pricepoint.
• Cash prizes awarded to artists with original work in each category. No buy/sell items.
• Work exhibited must be tasteful and in keeping with a family-oriented atmosphere. It is the exclusive right and responsibility of the Canandaigua Christkindl Market committee to require an artist to remove any work not in compliance.
• All displays will be inspected prior to opening and at intervals throughout the show.
• All artists are requested to submit a donated item to our raffle which is located at the entrance of our market… it’s the first thing market-goers see!
• All display items, light fixtures, inventory, chairs, etc. must be kept within your 10’x10’ booth space.
• No subletting or sharing of booth space.
• Details will follow regarding venue layout and parking.
• No smoking or pets allowed on grounds.

- ALL VENDORS Application Fee: $35 non-refundable
Due Upon Acceptance (By August 1st):
- Food Truck/Vendor: starts at $650, price increases with larger set ups and additional electrial requirements
- Artisan/Goods Vendor: starts at $385, price increase for double booths and corner booths
SHOW DAYS/HOURS
Friday: November 13 10 am - 5 pm
Saturday: November 14 10 am - 5 pm
Sunday: November 15 10 am - 4 pm
APPLICATION DEADLINE: JUNE 1, 2026
Acceptances will be mailed by JULY 1, 2026 and will contain instructions for booth payment, registration, set-up, etc. Artists not accepted or those placed on our wait list, will be notified as well.
EXHIBIT SET-UP AND BREAKDOWN
Set-up: Wednesday, Nov 11, 3-6:00pm. Must be off grounds by 6:00pm(NO OVERNIGHT SECURITY)
Thursday, Nov. 12, 7:00am - 5:00pm, by section. Must be off grounds by 6:00pm
Friday, Nov. 13, 7:00am - 8:30am. ALL vehicles must be off grounds by 9:00am (OVERNIGHT SECURITY THURS., FRI. & SAT.)
Restock: Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 - 9:00 am ALL vehicles must be off grounds by 9:00am
Breakdown: Sunday, November 15 after 4:00pm - Loading: vehicles not on grounds before 4:30pm
ALL TRASH AND RECYCLING MUST BE REMOVED BY VENDOR - CARRY IN/CARRY OUT
