Summer 2026 Program Overview
Here is the registration and billing process for the Summer 2026 program:
- A tuition deposit of $250 per child will be required for summer registration.
- Completing registration does not guarantee placement for summer.
- You will receive confirmation of receipt of registration, followed by an invoice for tuition.
- Summer invoices will be sent to all families for the summer tuition balance with the option to pay by cash, check, ACH, or credit card (+3% transaction fee).
- The balance of tuition is due by Friday, May 15, 2026.
- Tuition must be paid in full by Friday, May 15, 2026 for your child to receive a spot in our summer class.
- If payment is not made by the deadline, we must release your child's spot to other families on the waitlist.
- You will receive confirmation of summer enrollment if your child has a spot in one of our summer classes.
- If your child is not placed in one of our summer classes, you will receive confirmation of your child being added to the waitlist for summer.
- Program rates will increase by +$100 per session for those registering after May 15, with full tuition payment due upon registration.
- Cancellation before May 15, 2026 will be refunded minus the $250 deposit.
- Cancellation between May 16 - June 7, 2026 will be refunded 50% of the paid tuition.
- There will be no refunds for cancellation on or after June 8, 2026.
