Bountiful Harvest & Small Business Market Vendor Application
The Bountiful Harvest Small Business Market is a member based Saturday afternoon market. We are providing the community with local produce from the best local farmers, ranchers, cottage makers and local artisans from the Central Texas area.

While we make every effort to accept most vendors, we reserve the right to deny acceptance based on space, products, quality, and the balance of vendors availability.

There are no exclusive vendor spots but we will make every effort to ensure that related products are not positioned next to each other. We only allow one vendor/business per spot. Sharing of space is NOT permitted.

Our objective is to create a welcoming space for our businesses, customers, and families alike. Please treat each other with kindness and respect at all time and space.

The market is a rain or shine market, In the event there is a severe weather report the market will be cancelled.

A minimum of 72-hour notice must be given for all other absences. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of space and funds.

Booth Setup Details

Vendor space fee includes a 10' x 10' space/tent. Any items being sold must not interfere with other vendors. If additional space is required, you will need to purchase another 10x10’ space.

Set up will be from 12:30 until 2:00pm. No cars or vehicles will be allowed to park in the vendor area. In the event that a vendor is running late for setup you will need to park your vehicle in the parking lot and transport your items to your designated location. Due to safety precautions ABSOLUTLEY NO VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED IN THE VENDOR AREA ONCE THE MARKET OPENS. All vendors are required to stay until the market closes.

ALL VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN SET UP; TABLES, CHAIRS, WEIGHTS, TENT ETC.

A minimum 35lbs of weight per leg for canopy/tent regardless of the weather conditions.

Smoking- Vendors may NOT smoke, vape, dip in any vendor areas. You must leave the area. please do not throw cigarette butts in grassy areas.*

Legal Acknowledgment - Every vendor is solely responsible for compliance with city, county and state ordinance dealing with food preparation, and serving food as well as any licenses or permits you are required to obtain in compliance with Texas Cottage Food laws. You are responsible for collecting payments and taxes on goods and services.*

Trash/Water Acknowledgment - If vendors need to utilize water in their canopy area, they will be responsible for their own water and sanitation needs. Area must be cleaned prior to leaving. Please pack up any trash when you depart. Trash bins are not provided.*

Hold Harmless Acknowledgment - For insurance purposes while participating in the Bountiful Market, parking on Modern Appliance property you and your business agree not hold Bountiful Harvest Market and Modern Appliance liable for any injuries inflicted on self or injuries caused by you due negligence upon others i.e. TENT FLY AWAYS, BURNING ANY PROPERTY ETC CAUSING HARM OR INJURIES. You will be held fully responsible for said injuries, car damages, and property damages. It is strongly recommended that all participants acquire insurance prior to the market. DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?*

Safety Acknowledgment - 911 and local municipality numbers will be used in the event there is an emergency i.e., child missing, medical emergency, fire breakouts, fighting/altercations. All vendors are REQUIRED to have a minimum of 35lbs per leg on canopy/tent structures. It is highly recommended that you secure insurance to avoid any foreseen problems.*

Animal Control - All animals coming to the market will be leashed. All vendors and participants are required to comply with these rules. Anyone not in compliance will be instructed to vacate the premises immediately. Any resulting injuries is the responsibility of the owner.*
