  • The Bountiful Harvest Small Business Market is a member based Saturday afternoon market. We are providing the community with local produce from the best local farmers, ranchers, cottage makers and local artisans from the Central Texas area.

    While we make every effort to accept most vendors, we reserve the right to deny acceptance based on space, products, quality, and the balance of vendors availability. 

    There are no exclusive vendor spots but we will make every effort to ensure that related products are not positioned next to each other. We only allow one vendor/business per spot. Sharing of space is NOT permitted.

    Our objective is to create a welcoming space for our businesses, customers, and families alike. Please treat each other with kindness and respect at all time and space.

    The market is a rain or shine market, In the event there is a severe weather report the market will be cancelled.

    A minimum of 72-hour notice must be given for all other absences. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of space and funds.

  • Booth Setup Details

    Vendor space fee includes a 10' x 10' space/tent. Any items being sold must not interfere with other vendors. If additional space is required, you will need to purchase another 10x10’ space.

    Set up will be from 12:30 until 2:00pm. No cars or vehicles will be allowed to park in the vendor area. In the event that a vendor is running late for setup you will need to park your vehicle in the parking lot and transport your items to your designated location. Due to safety precautions ABSOLUTLEY NO VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED IN THE VENDOR AREA ONCE THE MARKET OPENS. All vendors are required to stay until the market closes.  

    ALL VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN SET UP; TABLES, CHAIRS, WEIGHTS, TENT ETC. 

     A minimum 35lbs of weight per leg for canopy/tent regardless of the weather conditions.

    YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE AND MUST HAVE AT A MIN. OF 35 LBS PER LEG ON CANOPY/TENT. DO NOT ANCHOR YOUR TENT TO ANOTHER VENDOR.
