Pageant Day Admission Fee: $5
Visiting royalty with sash receive a complimentary admission.
Entry Fee:
Entry fees Miss Division $100, Teen Division and Pre- Teen Division $80.
Registration and Entry Fee Deadline: 8:00pm Tuesday, February 18, 2026. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Age Divisions: (As of January 1, 2026)
Pre-Teen- (10-12)
Teen- (13-15)
Miss- (16-21)
Must not reach 22nd birthday by January 1, 2027.
Phases of Competition Miss Division:
Personal Interview- Interview attire (dresses, suits, jumpsuits). Each contestant will have a one-on-one interview with each judge. Questions will come from the submitted application and an additional 2 minutes with questions on social media.
Event Promotion- Each contestant will perform a 30 sec promotion about the Putnam County Fair. Shirts will be provided to each contestant for this phase of the competition. Contestants will wear blue jeans (free of holes) and tennis shoes.
Evening Gown- A full- length evening gown. During this phase of competition, each contestant will answer one-fish bowl question.

Queens receive an AWESOME prize packages. Miss receives crown, sash, photo package, $750 towards a WVAFF wardrobe, $500 cash scholarship, and so much more. Teen and Pre-Teen Queen receives crown, sash, crown case, cash scholarship and so much more.
Contestants will receive emails following the deadline on more information on the pageant day.
