                      Presidents’ Week Art Camp | Feb 16–20, 2026
                       5-Day Camp | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Mon-Fri

    Join us for a fun and engaging Presidents’ Week Art Camp! This 5-day camp is designed to spark creativity and imagination as children explore a variety of art mediums.

    Camp activities include:

    Creative drawing
    Painting techniques
    Clay and 3D art projects
    Through guided projects and hands-on exploration, children will build confidence, develop artistic skills, and enjoy a creative week in a supportive environment.

      What is your typical camp schedule like? 

      8.50am - 9am : Drop off

      9am - 11.30am: AM project (10 mins snack time in between)

      11.30am - 12.30pm: Clean up, lunch time, play time, board games etc. 

      12.30pm - 3pm: PM project (10 mins break in between)

      2.55pm-3pm: pickup time 

      3pm-4pm- Aftercare(optional)

       

       Is there food/snacks provided by the art studio? 

      All campers will have to bring their own lunch/snacks(no nuts) and a bottle of water. No food will be provided on-site. 

       

      What are the age groups for this camp?

      We cater to kids aged 5 thru 13 years old.

       

      Is this a drop off session? 

      Yes, it is a drop off only session. Parents will pick your child up at the end of the camp session.

       

      How do you plan the same activites for different age groups?

      Our camps are designed for campers aged 5 - 13. Although they might be working on the same project, we vary the designs and techniques within each project to suit the different ages. The older campers may be working on more details, refinement of work, and art concepts, while the younger ones enjoy the exploration and discovery process.

      Why do we need an emergency contact? We need this in case we are unable to contact the direct parent stated above (perhaps they're stuck in an important meeting or taking a flight). Please ensure that this contact is different from the one stated above, and that this person is authorized to pick up your child.

    • Images, Photographs, and Artwork Waiver

      Global Art Poway requests the permission to use student's group or individual photographs or photo images taken during class, artwork and craft work for display on their website gallery and social media page. We will upload our camp photos on social media - Facebook/Instagram throughout the camp period. NO NAMES will be mentioned to protect the privacy of the children.

      Extended care is offered between 3pm - 4pm.
    • Additional Information: 

      • For parents who are dropping off their kids, drop offs are allowed 10 minutes before the camp begins. Please do not drop off your kids before 8.50am. 
      • Please pack a snack(no nuts) and a water bottle for your child.
      • Kindly send your child in paint-friendly attire, as we will be working with various art materials throughout the camp. 
      • Punctual pickup is a must. A late fee of $5/5 minutes will be applied late pick ups.
      • It is the parent's responsibility to remember to send their child to the camp session(s) that you have registered for. Global Art is not responsible for any missed camps. 
      • There is NO refund or credit given for change of mind/inability to attend/missed session. Sorry we spend a lot of time and energy on all our camps!

      Global Art activities, including but not limited to paints, glues, pastels, chalk pastels, pencils, wood/plaster tools, fiber (yarn/fabric/papers), wax, plastic bags, batik dye, incense, plaster, drawing and sculpting in nature. Global Art Poway, LLC takes all possible precautions to reduce risk and provide safe, healthy, and en­joyable experiences. You warrant that your child is able to follow directions for all activities in class. You acknowledge that risks from participation in class activities exist and that you have allowed your child to attend art camps knowing these risks and their possible consequences including personal injury.

      As a parent or guardian of the child registered, you agree that you will not hold Global Art Poway, LLC liable for any personal injury, property damage or loss of insurance. You agree to release and hold harmless Global Art Poway, LLC from all liability incurred as a result of your child's participation in class and that these terms serve as a release for yourself, volunteers, property owners and members of your family. 

      *Liability relating to Coronavirus: Global Art Poway, LLC has put in place preventive measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, however we cannot guarantee that you or your child will not become infected with COVID-19 (before, during or after the participation at our Global Art Poway workshops). By signing this agreement, you will admit the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntary assume the risk that your child or you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending Global Art Poway workshop and that such exposure or infection may result in illness, hospitalization, disability or death. You will voluntary agree to assume all the foregoing and inherent risks and accept full responsibility for expenses of any kind in connection to Coronavirus exposure or infection. You hereby release; covenant not to sue, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Global Art Poway, LLC and its employees. You will acknowledge the understanding of this clause in this registration form by signing it at the end.

      Fees Paid:

      - No refunds/replacement classes will be given for change of mind, or inability to attend the camps. Substitutes are allowed. 

      - Changes to camp dates are allowed until Feb 9, 2026, subject to space availability. There will be no changes allowed after that. Only a one-time change is allowed per family. 

      - There will be a $10 charge for each switching of workshop dates per childafter Feb 9, 2026. Thereafter there will be no changes and no refunds as all our materials have to be purchased and prepared in advanced. 

      Punctuality/Tardiness:

      - Doors open at 8.50am in the morning. Please do not drop off your child earlier than 8.50am. 

      - Participants arriving late at their scheduled session will not have their session time extended. All the activities/sessions are programmed to be completed within the scheduled time. 

      - Late Fee of $5/5 minutes per child will apply after session ends.

      - Please have your child arrive at the center 5 -10 minutes before the start of the workshop session.

      Unexpected Incidents:

      *If your child(ren) is not feeling well (has cough, runny nose, fever in the past 24 hrs, eye infection, skin rash, etc.), please CALL us as soon as possible. We will reschedule them for another session or give you a credit for future camps ($10 change fee applies). There will be no refunds. 

      - If your child gets ill during the workshop, he/she will be seated separately. Parents/Guardians or emergency contacts will be contacted immediately to pick up the child immediately. 

      - In the event of unreasonable conduct towards instructors or the other children, GA Poway reserves the right to terminate the participation for the session(s) with no refunds.

      **By hitting SUBMIT and sign/write your initials for this registration, you agree that you are the parent/legal guardian of the above named child and you are over the age of 18.
