Discover~Play~Learn All Summer Long! Welcome to MCP Academy Summer Camp! We are thrilled that you have chosen MCP Academy for your child’s summer experience. Whether you are a new family joining us for the first time or a returning family continuing the fun, we are grateful for the opportunity to spend the summer learning and exploring together. Our secular, Montessori-inspired environment provides engaging, hands-on camp experiences designed to spark creativity, curiosity, and real-world exploration. Each camp week is thoughtfully planned to encourage collaboration, problem-solving, and meaningful enrichment in a fun and supportive setting. The enclosed camp paperwork allows us to prepare for a safe and successful camp session. Please complete all required forms and submit the requested documents by the first week of camp attendance. Get ready to design, build, and bring robots to life! During Build a Bot Camp, campers will explore the exciting world of robotics, engineering, and hands-on STEM challenges. Students will learn the basics of how robots work, experiment with simple circuits, and collaborate to create their own unique robotic creations.From problem-solving and coding foundations to teamwork and innovation, this week is all about thinking like an engineer and building with confidence. 🎪 Greatest Makers on Earth Camp (June 8–12)
Step right up to the most creative STEM show on Earth! At Greatest Makers on Earth Camp, campers will explore science, engineering, and innovation through exciting, circus-inspired challenges.From building gravity-defying structures and designing carnival-style games to experimenting with motion, balance, and simple machines, this week is packed with hands-on problem solving and big-top creativity. 🤠 Wild Wild West Camp (June 15–19)
Saddle up for a week of adventure in the Wild Wild West! Campers will step back in time to explore the frontier through hands-on activities, creative building challenges, and exciting team adventures.From designing and constructing their own “Old West” towns to learning about simple machines used on the frontier, campers will discover how pioneers solved problems with creativity and grit. Blast off into a week of discovery and adventure! At Space Explorers Camp, campers will dive into the wonders of outer space through hands-on STEM challenges, creative building projects, and out-of-this-world experiments.From designing and launching model rockets to exploring the solar system, learning about astronauts, and experimenting with gravity and motion, campers will think like real space scientists. Get ready to mix, splash, create, and experiment! Spark & Splatter Camp is the perfect blend of art and science, where creativity meets curiosity in the most colorful way.Campers will explore hands-on art techniques like paint pouring, splatter art, and mixed media creations while also diving into exciting science experiments involving color mixing, chemical reactions, and creative design challenges. 🌺 Aloha Camp (July 13–17)
Say “Aloha!” to a week full of sunshine, creativity, and island-inspired adventure. At Aloha Camp, campers will explore Hawaiian culture, tropical science, and hands-on projects that celebrate the beauty of island life.From creating colorful leis and learning traditional island art to exploring ocean science, volcano experiments, and tropical ecosystem challenges, this week blends culture, creativity, and STEM fun. 🐍 Slither & Slime Camp (July 20–24)
Get ready for a week of ooey-gooey exploration and fascinating creature discoveries! Slither & Slime Camp is packed with hands-on science, sensory fun, and up-close learning about some of nature’s most unique animals.Campers will create their own custom slime. We’ll explore the world of slugs, snails, lizards, snakes, and more — discovering how they move, where they live, and how they survive in their habitats. 🕵️ Detective Camp (July 27–31)
Put on your detective hat and get ready to solve the mystery! Detective Camp is a week full of clues, critical thinking, and hands-on investigative fun.Campers will learn how real detectives gather evidence, analyze clues, and solve problems using logic and teamwork. From fingerprint experiments and secret codes to mystery challenges and STEM-based problem-solving missions, every day brings a new case to crack.Campers will sharpen their observation skills, practice deductive reasoning, and work together to uncover hidden secrets. Photo Release Form for Minors (if under 18) I understand that MPCA photographs children during educational, camp, and classroom activities. I understand by enrolling in MCP ACADEMY I give permission to use my or my child's photograph. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
BEHAVIOR
Our primary goal at MCPA is to provide a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment for all participants. By signing below you understand that MCPA staff reserves the right to dismiss your child from camp if your child's behavior poses a threat to themselves or others at any point during our weekly camps. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
Cancellation Policy
If written notice of withdrawal is received seven (7) calendar days or more prior to the camp start date, the following options will be available: Option 1: Program Credit A credit will be issued to your account for the remaining balance. Credits may be applied toward a future class, camp, special event, or program and must be used within one (1) year of the original camp start date. Option 2: Camp Transfer Enrollment may be transferred to another available camp date, based on space availability. Please note that credits or refunds will not be issued for withdrawals made less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the camp start date.
