Policy

Please read and acknowledge the following before signing: Thank you for choosing Euphoria Carnival Troupe for your 2026 St. Thomas Carnival experience. Please note that all costumes are custom-made and require a non-refundable deposit of $350 in addition to the registration fee of $150. Our policy is as follows:

1. Non-Refundable Deposit: Once the deposit is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. No Exchanges or Section Changes: Costume selections are ﬁnal. No switching of sections or exchanges will be permitted after placing your order.

3. No Measurement or Size Changes: Please ensure all measurements are accurate at the time of order, as no adjustments will be allowed afterward.

4. No Costume Transfers: Costumes are assigned to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person.

5. No Returns Accepted: Due to the custom nature of our costumes, all sales are ﬁnal, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

By making a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and agree to abide by the rules and guidelines set by Euphoria Carnival Troupe.
