To ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all participants, the following rules and regulations apply to all sellers participating in the Arizona Off-Road Swap Meet:
- This swap meet is open to those selling USED off-road vehicles, parts, and accessories. No Branded Canopy’s are Permitted.
- Commercial vendors, businesses, and companies are not permitted to put up any type of branding(canopy’s, banners, flags, signs, etc). Any participant doing so will be required to leave the event prior to opening on Saturday and will forfeit all fees paid for space(s).
Space & Location Guidelines
- All swap meet spaces are located outdoors only and are on a first come first serve basis. If you register today, you will still be placed in a spot based on your actual physical space in line at the facility.
- Each space is limited to the size of one standard parking space (width and depth).
- Sellers who plan to use a canopy, trailer, or need additional room must purchase two spaces to allow for safe and proper setup. Trailers will be placed on the Outer Edge of the Arizona Off-Road Swap Meet.
- There is a maximum of two (2) spaces per registrant.
Setup & Event Timing
- Seller setup is permitted on Friday March 6, 2026 after 2pm, Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 6:00 AM to 8:30 AM only.
- All sellers must be fully set up and ready for customers by the time the event opens at 9am Saturday. Absolutely NO non-for sale Vehicles can be parked inside the Arizona Off-Road Swap Meet.
- Swap Meet Hours: Saturday 9am - 6pm. Sunday 9am - 4pm
Vehicle Sales & Load-Out Policy
- If a seller offers a used off-road vehicle, truck, UTV, overland vehicle, or similar vehicle for sale, that vehicle must remain in place until the end of the show at 6:00 PM on Saturday, or 4pm on Sunday. Absolutely no moving of Vehicles anytime during show hours. This is per our insurance. ZERO EXCEPTIONS.
- For safety and traffic control, no vehicle load-out will be permitted prior to event close.
Safety & Compliance
- Sellers must keep all displays, parts, and vehicles within their assigned space(s) and maintain clear walkways as designated by Show Staff, All Aisle ways and Walkways must maintain a 15ft lateral space in front of your booth.
- All participants are expected to follow event staff instructions and general safety guidelines at all times.
