This form has been made available so that you may select and pre-purchase books by Maggie Gates for the Indies Invade Philly 2026 event. Pre-ordered books will be available for pick-up in-person at Maggie's author table during event hours.

Please understand the following prior to proceeding with your purchase:

• Purchases made through this form do not include the cost of admission to the event nor does it guarentee availablity of tickets to the event. You are liable for gaining admission to the Indies Invade Philly 2026 event and any other costs associated with attendance.

• By completing your purchase through this form, it is your responsibility to pick up your purchased books from the Maggie Gates author table in-person prior to the end of the event.

• If you fail to pick up your pre-ordered books at the Indies Invades Philly 2026 event before prior to the end of the event, your purchase will not be refunded and the pre-ordered books will not be shipped to you.

• Important: Orders may only be picked up from Maggie's table by the individual entered on this order form. No third-party will be allowed to collect a book order in someone else's name. Failure to comply with this restriction may result in the cancellation of your order without a refund.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Dust Storm, Downpour, Fire Line, and Blue Jean Summer are printed and distributed by Berkley Publishing and will not be available for purchase through this form or from Maggie Gate's table at the event.

Please purchase these titles from your local bookstore or from the on-sight bookseller and bring them to Maggie's table to be signed.

INSTRUCTIONS:

The order form below lists "1" as the default quantity for all books but will only apply to your order if you select the check box next to the specific book.

To make your selection(s) and complete your purchase: 1) Select the checkbox next to the desired book; 2) Enter the desired quantity you wish to order; 3) Repeat this process for any additional books you add to your order; 4) Select and enter your preferred payment method; 5) Read the terms and conditions; 6) When you're finished, click the "Submit Form" button. You must click the "submit form" button in order for your purchase to process.

By submitting this order form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• If the event is cancelled or Maggie Gates (the author) is unable to attend, the amount charged for your book pre-order will be refunded in full.
  If you (the purchaser) are unable to attend or choose not to attend the Indies Invade Philly 2026 event for any reason, no refund will be issued for pre-ordered books.
• You (the purchaser) are liable for gaining admission to the Indies Invade Philly 2026 event and you must pick up your pre-ordered books from the Maggie Gates author table prior to the end of the event. If you fail to pick up your pre-ordered books at the Indies Invades Philly 2026 event before prior to the end of the event, your pre-ordered books will not be refunded, they will not be shipped to you.
• All books must be picked up in-person at the Indies Invade Philly 2026 event by the individual listed on this pre-order form. Please note, we will not allow any individual other than the person listed on your pre-order invoice to pick up book pre-orders.
• Order Rejection: We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order request for any reason at our discretion with or without notice. If we choose to reject or cancel an order, a full refund will be processed.
• Payment Requirement: Full payment is due at the time of placing your order.
• Dispute Resolution: If you have any issues or disputes regarding your order, please contact us promptly. We are committed to addressing concerns fairly and in a timely manner.
