Refund Policy / Late Arrival Policy

Refunds will only be issued until May 1st, 2026, all funds are refundable except the administration & processing fees. No refunds will be issued for any reason after May 1st. All dancers must attend for the entire duration of the event. No late arrivals or early dismissals will be accommodated as we want all dancers to receive a full Protégé experience. All invoices are in USD.

Cell Phone Policy

Upon arrival at Camp, all camper cell phones will be collected and kept safe with Protégé staff. This policy is designed to facilitate a deeper connection with our surroundings, our peers and the Camp Protege experience. In case of emergency, Camp Protégé staff can be reached on our landline.

Transportation Scheduling Policy

Please book flights to/from the Calgary International Airport (YYC) in the following windows:

August 23rd, before 5 PM.

August 30th, after 10:30 AM.

Booking outside of these windows will result in a $200 fee per flight for private transportation one way.

Local campers will be welcomed on-site by staff between 3:30 and 4:30 pm on August 23rd and can be picked up on August 30th between 10:00 am and 10:30 am.
