Thank you for choosing to share your gifts with the Wholistic Heartbeat community! We’re honored to help spread the word about your services and offerings, and we’re excited to feature your ad in our publication. This agreement simply helps keep everything clear and flowing smoothly between us.
1. What We’re Doing Together
You’d like to share your services or products with our Wholistic Heartbeat community, and we’d love to feature your ad in our publication.*

2. Ad Details
Your ad will be printed in a magazine that is distributed across three counties and you will have a presence on our website practitioner finder. You ad will be a part of the 19th annual Wholistic Heartbeat publication.*

3. Payment
We appreciate when payments can be made in full but also understand that may not work for everyone. So we offer installment options that will be automatically withdrawn with the installment agreement you made to make it easy for you and us. We also appreciate all payments to be made before going to print. This is why we can not offer anything longer than four installments.*

4. Your Part & Our Part
You promise your ad is accurate, respectful, and doesn’t use content that belongs to someone else without permission. We may need to decline an ad if it doesn’t align with our values or publishing standards. You agree that all services & products you offer are legal and true to description. We will do our best to present your ad beautifully, but you’re responsible for reviewing your materials before they’re sent to us.*

5. Refunds
Payments made are generally non-refundable unless we agree otherwise.*

6. Revisions
We want to make sure your ad is something you will love and offer up to three revisions per ad placed. Any revisions over the offered amount will cost $20 per revision.*

7. Typos & Misprints
We will always do our best to make sure your ad is with out mistakes and we also encourage you to double check everything before sending it in! We’re not responsible for mistakes like typos, formatting shifts, or slight color differences once the ad is submitted. You are responsible for the final review and do not hold Wholistic Heartbeat accountable for any mistakes in the ad.*
