THE DEADLINE FOR ALUMNI ROW SUBMISSIONS IS SUNDAY, MAY 31ST, 2026, unless approved by the 5K Run/Walk Committee.
This application reserves a 10'X10' space for your organization. 6' Table and 2 chairs will be available for a nominal fee, or you can bring your own.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
ALL CHAPTERS MUST BE SET-UP NO LATER THAN 7:00 a.m. June 27th, 2026, the MORNING OF THE EVENT. Chapters must provide their own signage and tents (if applicable). The alliance will NOT provide carts, dollies, etc.
