By signing this agreement, any named participants in Little Strikers sessions and their parents/Guardians agree to the COVID SAFE conditions. Players/parents consent to the free use of their name and or photos to be used in any broadcast, print or social media. You are fully aware that this Little Strikers season is subject to change and that Little Strikes must adhere to current restrictions being enforced which could result in the season being cancelled at any time without notice. Refunds for unused sessions will only occur if the remainder of the season is terminated as a result of restrictions being enforced, not if only 1 or 2 occur throughout the season. Refunds or credits are not guaranteed. Little Strikers do not guarantee make up sessions for cancelled sessions Refunds will be refunded as outlined in our COVID document minus transaction fees ($3.25 per player). Little Strikers nor it’s coaches, staff or volunteers do not accept any liability for any injuries that a player should suffer during sessions, training or games. Both players and Guardians understand that there are inherent risks associated with participation in Little Strikers program and fully accept and agree to these. All players and spectators understand and agree they are entering the courts at their own risk. Participants must wear appropriate sporting apparel and participate at their own risk. Parents/guardians give permission for coaches, volunteers/staff to administer first aid or to call for an ambulance in the event of any serious illness or injury that may occur. These fees include your 2026 registration PLUS your Term 1 session fee. If you would like a Little Strikers top please send us a message with sizing (4,6,8,10) and the name you would like on the back. If you already have a top and would like a Little Strikers Beanie instead please let us know.
