  • DEADLINE FOR VENDOR APPLICATIONS IS 11:59 PM, SUNDAY, MAY 31st, 2026, unless approved by the 5K Run/Walk Committee.   Vendors must include all products and/or services you intend to market or offer for sale on this form.  The event personnel reserve the right to deny participation to vendors who sell or market products that have not been disclosed during the application process and to vendors that sell duplicate products or services.

    This application reserves a 10'X10' space for your business. One 6' table with two chairs will be provided. The alliance will NOT provide carts, dollies, etc. 

    VENDORS WILL BE NOTIFIED OF ACCEPTANCE WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE APPLICATION AND PAYMENT SUBMISSION.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    ALL VENDORS MUST BE SET-UP NO LATER THAN 7:00 a.m. June 27th, 2026, the MORNING OF THE EVENT. Vendors must provide their own signage and tents (if applicable).
