CYC Junior Sailing Registration Form

Registration is open for our 2026 Summer Sailing Program! We’re excited to welcome both returning families and those new to our program, members and non-members alike - for a great summer on the bay.

Below you’ll find our current summer offerings with availability by session along with directions on how to register.  We're excited to offer a new extended day pilot program for members only that combines junior sailing and tennis for our First Mates & Beginner Sailing participants, learn more about it below.  

For those with children 5-7 years old please check out our First Mates program and if you're interested in Family, Women’s, or Adult Sailing, please check out our adult offerings.

We encourage you to review the program offerings on the website. If you'd like guidance, I would be happy to share our team’s recommendations based on last summer.

ONE REGISTRATION PER CHILD. Choose your class(es) below. 

All learn to sail and recreational classes are 1-2-week sessions.
Racing classes are 4 and 8 week sessions

Two Week Session Dates:
Session 1: June 22-July 3
Session 2: July 6-17
Session 3: July 20 - 31
Session 4: August 3-14

By signing up for more than 2 weeks, sailors gain a more comprehensive and rewarding experience on the water! We highly recommend an 8-week commitment—especially for those in racing classes—to fully develop their skills and get the most out of the program.

4-week Session Dates:
FULL SUMMER: June 22-August 14
Session 1: June 22 - July 17
Session 2: July 20 - August 14

CLASS SCHEDULES:

Beginners:  2-week sessions; Monday through Friday, 9 am - 12 pm; $510.

Intermediates:  2-week sessions; Monday through Friday, 1 – 4 pm; $510.

Adventure Optimist:  2-week sessions; Monday through Friday, 1 - 4 pm; $510. Charter Boats are available $150/session or BYOBoat

Adventure Sailing: 1 & 2-week sessions; there are 3 participation options:
1.  Monday - Friday, 9 - 4 pm; 1- week session, $525/session

2.  Monday - Friday, 9-12 pm; 1- week session, $265/session

3.  Monday - Friday, 9-12 pm; 2- week sessions, $510/session

Optimist Development: Best option is 8-week participation; Monday-Thursday; 9am - 4pm; 4-week fee - $1120; 8-week fee - $2100

Optimist Racing Team: Best option is 8-week participation; Monday-Thursday; 9 am - 4 pm; 4-week fee - $1120; 8-week fee - $2100

ILCA:  2- week sessions; Friday; 9am - 4pm, $225/session

420 Development: 2-week sessions; Monday & Thursday 9am - 4pm, Tues. 1-4pm, & Friday 9am - 12pm; $510/session

420 Racing Team: Best option is 8-week participation; Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9am - 4pm; TBA

29er: [TBA]  Stay tuned for beginner's 29er sailing clinics to help launch your venture into high-performance sailing.  Check the 'Interest' box to be contacted as they are scheduled.

Junior Big Boat: [TBA] Ages 13 and older.  Check the 'Interest' box so we can contact you with future opportunities and connect your sailor to a team looking for crew.

Registration Instructions:

This registration form has some redundancy built in. 
Step 1. Please choose your child's class/classes below.

Step 2. Members please input member number, press 'CYC Member Submit' and you will be billed directly.  Guests, must pay by Credit Card.  You will have to select options twice, first to take out of inventory and then again as products to purchase.  The products are specific to the class not dated so be sure to take the specific class session out of inventory. After you submit credit card information press 'Guest Submit' at the very bottom.

Please be sure to total the amount due at the end.

BEGINNERS

Every morning Monday - Friday, 9 am - 12pm, $510/session

NEW Members-Only Pilot Program
1-week session

Extended Day Tennis Add-on: Monday - Friday, 12 -3 pm, $260/session

Offered to First Mates & Beginner participants. 

Separated into 1 week increments for schedling flexibility.

420 RACE TEAM

*This schedule is subject to change with events that may occur throughout the season. On non-program days sailors may add on Adventure Sailing or Lasers. ILCA Development
2 - week sessions

Friday, from 9 am - 4 pm, $225/session 

$150/session if you bring your own boat.

Join us for a week of fun closing out the summer!   

Week 1:  August 17-21, 9 a - 12 p

$255 member, $315 non-member

The other option is to pay by credit card.  Once you have selected your classses above to take out of inventory please select the general class again below to purchase.  We’ve incorporated the limited member fee into the product pricing. After you enter credit card information for payment press 'Guest Submit' at the very bottom.
