  •   Welcome to the place where the children can be children while exhibiting their business, games, sell their crafts and more. Due to the nature of the market there will be a limit of three of a kind sellers. However, that does not limit children's booths from selling mixed items in their space/booth. Only one vendor/business per spot. Absolutely no sharing of booth space. Our goal is to create a SAFE, FUN, and WELCOMING for every child in attendance.

    Please treat each other with kindness and respect at all times. Anyone who behaves disrespectfully will be asked to leave immediately so we can maintain positive experience for all.

    There are limited number of adult booths available.

  • The market is a rain or shine market. However, in the event there is a severe weather report the market will be cancelled and a rescheduled date will be given. Vendors will not lose their payment for that day.

     

    A minimum of 72-hour notice must be given for all absences. the vendor decides not to attend/show up to the market or the rescheduled date or if 72 hours is not given all space(s) and all monies will be forfeited. 

    MARKET TIME 4 p.m -7p.m

    SET UP 2:30 p.m -3:45 p.m

    TEAR DOWN 7p.m., followed by movie night

    Place -750 East Central Texas Expwy, Harker Heights, Tx 76548 (Modern Appliance parking lot)

    EVERY VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE AND MUST HAVE AT A MINIMUM OF 35 LBS PER LEG ON CANOPY/TENT.

    DO NOT ANCHOR YOUR TENT TO ANOTHER VENDOR.

          • Booth Setup Details

            Vendor space fee includes a 10' x 10' space/tent. Any items being sold must not interfere with other vendors. If additional space is required, you will need to purchase another 10x10’ space.

             No cars or vehicles will be allowed to park in the vendor area. In the event that a vendor is running late for setup you will need to park your vehicle in the parking lot and transport your items to your designated location. Due to safety precautions ABSOLUTLEY NO VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED IN THE VENDOR AREA ONCE THE MARKET OPENS. All vendors are required to stay until the market closes.  

            ALL VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN SET UP; TABLES, CHAIRS, WEIGHTS, TENT ETC. 

             YOU MUST HAVE A minimum 35lbs of weight per leg for canopy/tent regardless of the weather conditions.

          • Permits, Licenses, and Insurance:

          • Hold Harmless Acknowledgment - For insurance purposes while participating in the Bountiful Market, parking on Modern Appliance property you and your business agree not hold Bountiful Harvest Market and Modern Appliance liable for any injuries inflicted on self or injuries caused by you due negligence upon others i.e. TENT FLY AWAYS, CAUSING HARM OR INJURIES. You will be held fully responsible for said injuries, car damages, and property damages.*
