Event Overview

The Omega Hope Foundation invites local businesses and service providers to participate as vendors at Spring Breeze VI, our annual scholarship fundraising event.  This event supports educational scholarships while providing vendors with an opportunity to market their products or services to a diverse and engaged audience.

Omega Hope Foundation will promote participating vendors through print media, community partners, and social media channels.  Vendors are also encouraged to advertise their participation to help maximize event visibility and attendance.

Vendor Responsibility & Liability

Vendors participating in this event assume full responsibility for any damage to the venue, property, equipment, or facilities caused by the vendor, their employees, agents, contractors, or guests during setup, operation, or breakdown of their booth.

The Omega Hope Foundation, its officers, members, volunteers, and event partners shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage, loss, injury, or claims arising from the vendor’s activities or presence at the event. By participating, the vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Omega Hope Foundation from any such claims or damages.
