Use this form to submit your application for the 2026 Holy Hill Arts & Crafts Fair, held on Saturday, September 19, 2026. We do not accept resale items or food vendors.

Vendors will be notified of acceptance mid-June.

Please note: a non-refundable application fee of $10.00 is required to submit your application. You may pay with credit card using the secure portal at the end of this application form.

Booth fees will be billed upon acceptance.
