Equine Mindfulness Nutrition – Terms & Conditions
Scope of Services:
Equine Mindfulness provides independent, evidence-based equine nutrition consulting services. Recommendations are based on owner-provided information, professional experience, and current scientific understanding.
Not Veterinary Care:
Nutrition consulting does not replace veterinary diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or medical advice. Equine Mindfulness does not diagnose disease, prescribe medications, or provide veterinary treatment.
Client Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, current photos, and relevant history. Implementation of recommendations is at the client’s discretion. Results may vary due to compliance, environment, health status, and individual horse response.
Veterinary & Farrier Collaboration:
With client permission, Equine Mindfulness may collaborate with the horse’s veterinarian and/or farrier to support overall management.
Payments & Refunds:
Payment is required at the time of booking or enrollment. One-time consultation services are non-refundable once delivered. Annual program fees are non-refundable once services have begun.
Payment Plans:
Monthly plans require automatic billing. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.
Communication:
Response times may vary. Emergency contact access is reserved for nutrition-related concerns only.
Confidentiality:
Client information, photos, and records are confidential and will not be shared without client permission unless legally required.
Liability:
Equine Mindfulness is not responsible for outcomes related to implementation of recommendations, changes made without consultation, or management decisions outside the scope of nutrition consulting.
