Fan Fest, presented by Toyo Tires, is one of Colorado Springs’ largest and most popular street festivals.
Held on the Friday evening before Race Day, more than 35,000 people gather in the heart of Downtown Colorado Springs to experience this 10-block street party.

Fan Fet spaces will be assigned by PPIHC staff. Exact space/location requests cannot be guaranteed. Exhibitors are not guaranteed a space from submitting this application. Display space will not be reserved until full payment has been made and confirmed by the PPIHC. Register by May 1, 2026.
- Fan Fest will take place rain or shine. There are no rain dates or refunds due to inclement weather; exhibitor space is non-refundable.
- Each vendor will be responsible for their own trash removal.
- Any vendor/ exhibitor that does not remove their own trash at the end of the event may be subject to a fine and or prohibited from any future events.
- City of Colorado Springs trash cans or dumpsters cannot be used for vendor/exhibitor trash, you must dispose of your own trash properly in the roll-off dumpsters provided onsite.
- Electricity is not available onsite.
- Vendors/exhibitors may bring/use small generators for power at their booth. However, generators causing excessive noise or fumes are strictly prohibited. Generators that vent exhaust fumes directly into adjoining display spaces are strictly prohibited. It is your responsibility to provide any additional adaptors, plugs, extension cords or other equipment that you may need for power.
- Event Staff and Volunteers are not allowed to assist any vendors with unloading or loading equipment, handling merchandise, or watching their booths.
- All setup materials to include (but not limited to) generators, tents, tables, chairs, etc. are the responsibility of each vendor/exhibitor to supply.
- Tents cannot be staked into the asphalt! Tents must be anchored with water barrels, weights or sandbags. Tents must be secured at all times.

- Parking is extremely limited in the Downtown area, especially for large vehicles and trailers. The PPIHC will do its best to assist in helping to find parking, but parking is not guaranteed and will be on a first come first served basis. At no time can any vehicle/trailer be blocking any traffic; all vehicles must be parked in a legal parking spot/area. The PPIHC is not responsible for any parking tickets/fines/towing fees.
- Pets are prohibited.
- Alcohol sales are prohibited.
- All food vendors must adhere to local, state, and county requirements and regulations.
- Final load-in instructions and booth location information will be sent out via email in early June.
- The PPIHC reserves the right to accept/deny any vendor application or booth space.
Insurance Requirement: The Pikes Peak International Hill Climb (PPIHC) must be named as additionally insured on your policy. A COI must be sent to jenna@ppihc.org. Deadline to submit is June 1.
