π² Does my vendor fee cover both days?
Yes. All vendor tiers include participation for both event days.
πͺ What vendor options are available?
Food Vendor β $200
Sell food and beverages. Includes breakfast crowd access and event promotion.
Non-Affiliate Vendor β $200
Sell products or services and gain local brand exposure.
Business Affiliate Vendor β $125
Promote business services or products and connect with wellness and outdoor audiences.
Art Experience / Non-Profit β $125
Showcase interactive art, experiences, or community outreach.
In-Kind Sponsor β $0 (Minimum $100 Value)
Provide donated goods, services, or raffle items for brand recognition and possible vendor space.
π¦ What do vendors need to bring?
Vendors must provide their own:
β’ Tent or canopy
β’ Tables and chairs
β’ Power or generator (if needed)
β’ Staffing and display materials
β‘ Will electricity be provided?
Power may be limited. Please indicate power needs in your application and be prepared to supply your own generator if necessary.
π Do food vendors need permits?
Yes. Food vendors must follow all local health and safety regulations.
β° Can vendors leave early?
No. Vendors are expected to stay set up for the full event unless approved by event organizers.
π£ Will vendors be promoted?
Yes! Vendors may be included in event marketing, social media, and promotional materials depending on registration timing.
π³ When is payment due?
Payment is required after approval to secure your vendor space.
