By applying to Fairview Christian Academy, you are expressing agreement with the following statements:

Fairview Christian Academy is a ministry of the Fairview Baptist Church. We are a co-educational school, which assists parents in providing a Christ-centered, quality education to train disciples of Jesus Christ.
I agree to support the goal of Christian education at Fairview Christian Academy to assist parents in producing mature Christian young people with Christ-like character and conduct. I agree to support the school’s academic standards and codes of Christian conduct.
I agree to provide a place for my student to study and give encouragement in the completion of homework and assignments.
I recognize that for my student to make good progress in his/her work, it is essential that he/she have confidence in his/her teacher and the school. Therefore, I will do all in my power to see that my student respects and obeys the school staff and standards.
I agree that if my student should become involved in a conflict with other students, teachers, or staff in the school, I will refrain from complaining to others, whether in person or through other means (social media), but with prayerful Christian spirit will register complaints with the teacher or principal.
I agree to support and uphold the principles, practices, and educational policies of the school in every way.
I understand that payment of tuition is my responsibility as the parent or guardian and that failure to comply with all financial standards could result in my child's withdrawal from Fairview Christian Academy.
I understand that no fees are refundable.
I absolve Fairview Christian Academy, its employees, and volunteers and hold them harmless from liability to me or my child at School or during School activities of any accidents that take place under reasonable supervision.
