At Lit Legacy we have an EXCHANGE ONLY policy. Please follow the steps down below Customers are responsible for the return postage fees and an additional exchange shipping fee of €3.50

To process an exchange:

1. Fill out our Exchange Request Form

2. Pay the exchange shipping fee via the link provided

3. Return the item to the address given (a separate email will be sent out after form submission)

4. Once the item is received and approved, your replacement will be shipped within 1–2 working days.

Exchange Shipping Fee

A flat €3.50 exchange shipping fee is required before we dispatch the replacement item. This covers the cost of reshipping your new size.

Return Postage

** Customers are responsible for sending the item back using their preferred postal service. We recommend using tracked postage, as we are NOT responsible for lost return parcels. **

Eligibility

Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging. Items with makeup stains, perfume, or damage, will be rejected and returned to sender.
