Edmond Jr. Rodeo 2026
  • Welcome Prospective Families and Members!

  • Thank you for considering Edmond Round Up Club (ERUC) and Edmond Junior Rodeo (EJR) series membership. The Edmond Round Up Club has been a staple of the Edmond community since 1941. We are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization promoting family fun and good sportsmanship while teaching, learning, and participating in the sport of rodeo. Our goal is to conduct a safe and family friendly rodeo series for youth up to, but not including 19 years old. The Edmond Junior Rodeo Series has been and will continue to be a learning rodeo series with a primary goal of allowing contestants to grow and improve. We focus on sportsmanship, community, and providing a positive environment for our families and contestants.

Both ERUC and EJR rely on dues, entry fees, sponsors, and other fund-raising efforts to maintain our facilities, run our rodeos, and purchase year end awards. We pride ourselves in remaining a volunteer organization to offer the most to our members and families. As an ERUC member, you will receive several additional benefits, including access to the arena and voting rights to the organization. We encourage those interested in helping move the organization forward to become a member of the ERUC as well as the EJR.

As an ERUC or EJR member, it is important to know that we are primarily volunteer organizations. Volunteering is a requirement for membership. Without volunteers, we could not provide the level of community and awards our members have come to enjoy. Everything from engaging potential sponsors to cleaning bathrooms is done by volunteer members. There are many opportunities to get involved in the organization including: helping in the concession stand, setting poles and barrels, picking up trash, approaching potential sponsors, becoming a board member, and attending clean up days. Please ask a director or the office personnel for volunteer needs.

This year volunteer hours will be tracked by a QR Code, which will be provided by each event director or office personnel upon completion. The check in is date/time stamped and it is important for the volunteer to check in the same night as the work has been completed to be credited to the contestant.

Thank you in advance for becoming a member, we look forward to another year of growth to our rodeo family and many more wonderful memories!

    Sincerely,

    Officers/Directors of the
