Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

By registering, you agree to the waiver and release of liability. I hereby register my child for the above camp and authorize the staff to direct him/her in camp activities. My child has no medical or emotional conditions that may affect his/her ability to safely participate in this program. The staff is authorized to attend to any health problems or injuries my child may incur while attending this camp. I further acknowledge that the Archdiocese, Bishop Ward, coaches, and the host of the camp will not be held liable for any damages from injury or illness sustained at the camp.

Media Disclosure

By registering, I understand that Bishop Ward may capture photographs or video of students and other minors participating in camps. These images may be used in promotional materials or posted on official Bishop Ward platforms, including social media, to celebrate student activities. Families who prefer that their child not appear in photos or videos should contact the Athletic Director Mike Beaven at mbeaven@wardhigh.org to request an opt-out.

Price Registration Fee

Early Bird Special Until May 29: $50 per camp

From June 1 Until the Day of Camp: $60 per camp

Included in Camp Registration Fee:

- Camp T-Shirt & Treats on the last day of camp

- Coupons for the camper & two guests to attend a Cyclone game for your camp team FOR FREE during the 2026-27 school year

There are no refunds if your child does not show up for camp.

There will be a $20 Cancellation Fee if you cancel your child's spot prior to the camp.
