PLAYER FINANCIAL AGREEMENT

This agreement outlines the mandatory financial obligations required for participation in the Spring Season 2026 with Plano United FC
By participating in Plano United FC, the player acknowledges understanding and acceptance of all fees and terms listed below.
1️⃣ UNIFORM & TEAM GEAR COSTS (Required Items)
🔴 Game Uniform.

Long Sleeve – $42
*Home Uniform (option between)

🔵 Training & Team Gear
Training Jersey – $17
Tracksuit – $42
Team Backpack – $35
⚠️ All players are required to purchase official Plano United FC gear for league participation.
2️⃣ EXPLANATION OF CHARGES – PLAYER COST DETAILS
Spring Season 2026
The following fees are calculated to cover essential operational expenses associated with league participation and team operations.
⚽ Referee Fees
10 regular season games × $10 per game
Total: $100
🏟 Home Field Usage Fees
Covers field rental and operational costs.
5 home games × $20 per game
Total: $100
📝 Team Registration Fee
Covers league registration and administrative expenses.
Total: $25
📋 Player Registration Fee
One-time registration fee.
Total: $20 (pay at the MPL website)

⚠️ Uniforms and gear are purchased separately based on selected items.
3️⃣ IMPORTANT NOTES
• All fees listed above are mandatory and non-refundable.
• Fees apply to regular season participation only.
• Playoffs, post-season tournaments, or additional competitions are not included and will be charged separately if applicable.
• Failure to submit payment by the established deadline may result in ineligibility to train or compete.
• No player will be rostered for league competition without full payment or approved payment plan.
