    We are starting 2026 Westmont Cruisin' Nights on Thursday, June 4, and are inviting you to sign up to participate this summer! We will have a total of 12 weeks of events.

    We invite you to sign up and participate in this event that WGN-RADIO proclaimed "the best weekly summer car show in the Chicagoland area!" This event features three blocks of downtown Westmont closed down and dedicated to classic cars, music, special activities, vendors, and more!

    Upon receiving your completed application, Westmont Special Events NFP will consider it. All applicants will be contacted regarding your approval status. WSEC will make final approvals for all vendors and products. Be sure to answer all questions on this application. If a question does not apply to you, then type in NA.

  • 2026 Westmont Cruisin' Nights Open Market Vendor Contract

     All Items Below Must Be Completed To Participate In Cruisin' Nights:

    * Review Vendor Information Packet in its entirety and agree to follow all event guidelines explicitly.
    * Provide WSEC with copies of insurance, which must list WSEC and the Village of Westmont as additional insureds, OR, complete liability waiver section of this form.
    * Determine participation dates
    * Make vendor payment to WSEC by Jun 1. Vendors not paid in full will not be allowed to set up.
    * Make sure to complete and maintain proper certifications.
    * For food vendors, you must be certified with the DuPage County Health Department and provide proof of certification.
    * For Out of State vendors selling vegetables, plants, flowers or fruits, you will need to contact the Illinois Department of Agriculture.
    * All vendors must adhere to all local, County and State laws regarding their participation in this event.

  • Space Assignment and Market Location

    The market will be held near the intersection of Norfolk Street and Cass Avenue. We have the approval to close Cass Avenue from Burlington Avenue north, two blocks to Norfolk Street. We have created a community street fair that will also incorporate activities from our classic car show. Spots will be 10' x 10', and the vendor must bring their tent, tables, and chairs. Each vendor should provide signage with the business name, contact information, city and state, and prices for products. Vendor displays and tables should be kept within the boundaries of their space. It will be the goal that all vendors will be set up on Cass Avenue for this season's events.
  • Vendor Eligibility Policy

    The WSEC and the Westmont Open Marketplace Committee will make the final determination regarding eligibility and reserve the right to limit the number of vendors selling similar products or services. Vendors selling produce will be required to display the origin and pricing of the items they sell. Vendors should provide products and services that are on location and ready to purchase at the time of the sale. Vendors are responsible for all payments for confirmed dates agreed upon. Vendors are responsible for the conduct of their employees while participating in the market. Part of this policy requires you to please list items you intend for sale in the next question.
  • Proof of Insurance

    The Vendor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the Westmont Special Events Corporation AND the Village of Westmont as additional insured parties for Product Liability for this event, not less than $1,000,000.00. Certificate of insurance must include liability for bodily injury, property damage, or personal and advertising injury caused, in whole or in part, by your acts or omissions of those acting on your behalf, as related to the performance of your ongoing operations or in connection with property or premises rented by you or on your behalf. The Vendor will hold the WSEC and the Village of Westmont harmless for any accidents and/or negligent acts of the Vendor and employees while participating in the event. A Certificate of Workman's Compensation Insurance listing the WSEC and the Village of Westmont as additional insured parties must be filed with the WSEC. The Vendor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and ordinances, local and County Health Codes, and any requests from Health Department Officials. Vendor must follow Village of Westmont and DuPage County regulations governing the sale of food items (if applicable). Vendors must follow the Illinois Department of Agriculture regulations governing the sale of vegetables, plants, flowers, and fruits by out-of-state vendors (if applicable).
  • Payment & Pricing Policy

    The full payment for your booth/participation is due immediately, no later than Monday, June 1, 2026 to participate in time for the first event on June 4. Vendor must be paid in full or will not be allowed to set up in market.

    12 weeks $320 (save $280), 9 weeks $270 (save $180), 6 weeks $200, (save $100) 3 weeks $120 (save $30), 1 week $50

    Vendor Set Up (4:30-5:00pm) & Tear Down (8:45-9:00pm)

    Vendors are responsible for arriving before the event start to set up their space. Set-up will occur between 4:30 pm and 5 pm. No vehicles will be allowed into the event area for set-up after 4:50 pm. After unloading, vehicles must be moved off Cass Avenue until 8:45 pm when it is time to tear down. A parking area will be designated for vendor parking after load-in occurs. Vendors must be open and ready to sell at 5:00 pm. Vendors must occupy their space for the duration of the event. Vendors must move off the main portion of the street to the sidewalk and/or parking stalls by 8:45 pm. Streets are intended to re-open at 9 pm, and all vendors need to finish packing up on sidewalks and/or parallel parking spots.

    Cancellation Policy

    As a confirmed vendor, you will be responsible for attending and paying for all dates listed in this signed contract agreement. Vendors are responsible for paying for all dates they have agreed to, regardless of rain dates. The WSEC does not provide refunds for missed dates, postponements due to weather, or rescheduled dates.

    Event Marketing Expectations

    Vendors are invited to assist with the promotion of this event. We request that all vendors include our events on their website, email blasts, social media, and other marketing materials. The market committee may be able to provide fliers and posters for the Vendor to display at their locations or other events they attend or electronic versions to be emailed to their contact lists.

    Vendor Participation Agreement

    Vendors understand and agree that the Westmont Special Events Corporation expects all vendors participating in this event to act professionally, courteously, and in accordance with the guidelines outlined. Everyone must respect that this is a family-friendly event. The committee reserves the right to enforce the policies outlined and will give verbal or written notice of non-compliance. Non-compliance may result in a vendor being removed from this event. There will be no refunds issued.
