Payment & Pricing Policy
The full payment for your booth/participation is due immediately, no later than Monday, June 1, 2026 to participate in time for the first event on June 4. Vendor must be paid in full or will not be allowed to set up in market.
12 weeks $320 (save $280), 9 weeks $270 (save $180), 6 weeks $200, (save $100) 3 weeks $120 (save $30), 1 week $50
Vendor Set Up (4:30-5:00pm) & Tear Down (8:45-9:00pm)
Vendors are responsible for arriving before the event start to set up their space. Set-up will occur between 4:30 pm and 5 pm. No vehicles will be allowed into the event area for set-up after 4:50 pm. After unloading, vehicles must be moved off Cass Avenue until 8:45 pm when it is time to tear down. A parking area will be designated for vendor parking after load-in occurs. Vendors must be open and ready to sell at 5:00 pm. Vendors must occupy their space for the duration of the event. Vendors must move off the main portion of the street to the sidewalk and/or parking stalls by 8:45 pm. Streets are intended to re-open at 9 pm, and all vendors need to finish packing up on sidewalks and/or parallel parking spots.
Cancellation Policy
As a confirmed vendor, you will be responsible for attending and paying for all dates listed in this signed contract agreement. Vendors are responsible for paying for all dates they have agreed to, regardless of rain dates. The WSEC does not provide refunds for missed dates, postponements due to weather, or rescheduled dates.
Event Marketing Expectations
Vendors are invited to assist with the promotion of this event. We request that all vendors include our events on their website, email blasts, social media, and other marketing materials. The market committee may be able to provide fliers and posters for the Vendor to display at their locations or other events they attend or electronic versions to be emailed to their contact lists.
Vendor Participation Agreement
Vendors understand and agree that the Westmont Special Events Corporation expects all vendors participating in this event to act professionally, courteously, and in accordance with the guidelines outlined. Everyone must respect that this is a family-friendly event. The committee reserves the right to enforce the policies outlined and will give verbal or written notice of non-compliance. Non-compliance may result in a vendor being removed from this event. There will be no refunds issued.
