Montessori Mornings: An Infant Toddler Parent Participation Program

This summer program offers a beautiful introduction to Montessori without the commitment of a full year program. 

Children are invited into a carefully prepared toddler environment where they can explore, move, communicate and build independence at their own pace. Parents and caregivers are given the opportunity to observe, participate and learn more about how Montessori supports the natural development of young children.

For many families, Montessori Mornings is also a wonderful first step into the Westside community. It gives your child time to become familiar with the classroom, the teachers and the rhythm of a Montessori morning while giving you practical insight into your child’s development.

 

Each session includes:

Open Activity Time
Children explore a beautifully prepared Montessori environment designed especially for infants and toddlers.

Hands On Montessori Exploration
Trained Montessori teachers gently guide the children, demonstrate materials and answer parent questions along the way.

Parent Chats
Families receive practical tips and insight into toddler development, independence, communication and early learning.

Group Time
Songs, rhymes and stories bring the class together in a joyful and familiar rhythm.

Whether you are new to Montessori or just beginning to explore school options for your child, this is a lovely way to connect, learn and grow together.

SUGGESTED AGE RANGE
12 to 36 months+

 

COST
$200 per week
$575 for all three weeks

 

ACCOMPANYING ADULT
This is a parent or guardian participation program. 
One adult per child may attend at a time.

Each child is to be accompanied by ONE parent or guardian. This person may change from day to day if needed.

REGISTRATION & FEES

Registration is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Classes are non-refundable or transferable. 

WAIVER

I hereby authorize my child's participation in the WMS Infant Toddler Program. I know of no issues which may affect my child's ability to participate safely in this program.

I agree that any pictures or video taken by WMS or by persons authorized by the school may be reproduced and used without liability for school purposes, unless I indicate otherwise.
