  • Hello Crafter,

    Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2026 Taste of Westmont!

    This event is coordinated by the Westmont Special Events Corporation, a volunteer-driven, not-for-profit organization committed to community events.

    To be considered for this event, please fill out this form completely and click SUBMIT so that your submission is received. Your space will not be confirmed until your application is processed, approved, and payment is received. All crafters must send photos of all items/products to be sold at the Taste of Westmont to Westmont Special Events at staff@westmontevents.com.

    Westmont Special Events Corporation reserves the right to refuse any vendor for any reason whatsoever. Applications received after June 19, 2026 may not be processed. Once your application is approved - PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED UPON SUBMITTING REQUEST TO ENSURE THAT YOUR APPLICATION IS PROCESSED.

    Friday, July 10, 5 - 10:30 PM
    Saturday, July 11, Noon - 10:30 PM
    Sunday, July 12, Noon - 8 PM

  • I understand and agree that to be considered a CRAFTER at the Taste of Westmont, items being sold must be HANDMADE, preferably by the person selling the item. I understand and agree that if the items sold are machine-made, I need to sign up as a COMMERCIAL VENDOR.
  • Please select all of the options that apply to you. The fee will provide a 10x10 tent & limited electricity within the vendor area. *Please note that tent side walls are NOT included - vendors must bring their own if wanted*
  • Please Select Payment Method - Please note that this is a rain or shine event - NO REFUNDS.  FULL PAYMENT IS NEEDED TO RESERVE YOUR SPACE; PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED UPON SUBMITTING REQUEST TO ENSURE THAT YOUR APPLICATION IS PROCESSED. An additional insurance certificate must also be received to complete your participation in the event. Westmont Special Events Corporation reserves the right to refuse any vendor. Applications received after June 19, 2026 may not be processed.*
  • Westmont Special Events Corporation reserves the right to update this agreement based on organizational, local, regional, and state government updates.*

  • Crafter Vendor Liability Waiver

    The Westmont Special Events Corporation (WSEC) asks that all vendors/participants participating in WSEC programs and events carry liability insurance.  This liability insurance should list the WSEC for primary coverage and the Village of Westmont as an additional insured entity in the liability policy.  The WSEC reserves the right to refuse any vendor from participating in a WSEC event if they cannot provide liability insurance coverage. The WSEC may choose to offer some vendors the ability to participate in WSEC events without liability insurance coverage providing they have signed this Liability Insurance Waiver Agreement, as follows:
  • I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Westmont Special Events Corporation, the Village of Westmont, the Westmont Park District, and all individuals, employees, volunteers, elected officials, and independent contractors associated with or hired by said organizations and all those assisting said organizations, individuals, employees, and/or independent contractors, for any/all injuries, losses, complaints, or claims of any kind whatsoever or nature arising from, at, out of, or otherwise related to the 2026 Taste of Westmont.
  • I also agree to pay all attorneys’ fees and costs arising from, out of, or otherwise related to any injury, loss, claim, or complaint connected with the 2026 Taste of Westmont or any claim against a participant in connection with, arising from, or otherwise related to participation in said event. Alterations to this contract may be made at any time at the sole discretion of WSEC and must be in writing. By clicking on this agreement, I accept the stated terms and conditions as set forth by the WSEC.
