Conditions of Hire
This skittle alley is the sole property of the Rotary Club of Bala and Penllyn, and hire is based upon the following conditions:
1. The hirer has ensured the proposed venue is suitable for installation of the skittle alley, and will ensure the safe conduct of the skittle event, supported with a current risk assessment as required.
2. The skittle alley is only to be played by persons aged 8rs and above
3. The skittle alley will be delivered, assembled, dismantled and returned by a member of Bala Rotary Club, the running of the skittle event can also be provided upon request.
4. The Hirer accepts responsibility for damage to the skittle alley once assembled and ready for use, by any person who they represent who may be engaged in the event.
5. The hire fee is due upon acceptance of the hire and is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled more than 3 days before the event date.
6. The hire fee is £100 for an evening event, £150 for an all-day hire period, £250 (or TBA) for longer periods of hire
7. A fuel charge of £1 is made for every event, and £1/mile is made for hire events outside of a 3 mile radius of Bala (to include the return journey).
