Legal Requirements for Marriage
In order to get married in Australia:

1. You must not be currently married.

2. You must not be marrying an immediate family member.

3. You must be able to understand what marriage means and freely give your consent to marry.

4. You must be adults (18+)

5. You must give at least one month's notice before your ceremony. After booking, we will walk you through the 'Notice of Intended Marriage' which is a simple legal form that needs to be completed and signed at least one month before your wedding day.

6. Agree to the Service Agreement

1. All optional add-ons can be purchased after booking from the 'couples portal'.

2. Central Coast LGA includes Somersby & Glenworth Valley.

3. Travel fees below cover petrol, tolls, parking & additional time.
