Exhibit and/or additional sponsorship cancellations must be received in writing via email to VSRdirector@ramdocs.org on or before September 4th and will be subject to a 30% administrative fee.

No cancellations will be honored after 12:00 PM September 4th, 2026.

Electrical & IT Services shall be contracted directly with the hotel. Information to order these serviced will be posted on our website at a later date.
