Whiskers & Wildflowers: Spring Market Vendor Application
Who We Are:
Willow & Whiskers is a nonprofit rescue and bookstore ran exclusively by veterinary professionals dedicated to supporting cats living with Feline Leukemia (FeLV). These cats have limited rescue resources. We’ve built a unique fundraising model through book sales and community markets to provide them sanctuary, medical care, and long happy lives. Every event we run is part of that mission. Vendor fees and sales at the Willow & Whiskers booth go directly toward the care of these special cats.
Tax-Deductible Note
As we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, vendor fees are considered a donation supporting our rescue efforts. You’ll receive a receipt after submission, which can be used for tax purposes. Always consult a tax professional if needed.

Picture a breezy spring afternoon at the fairgrounds, filled with blooming florals, soft sunshine, and a beautifully curated lineup of local vendors. Whiskers & Wildflowers brings together handmade goods, fresh finds, and a touch of garden-inspired charm to create a relaxed and inviting shopping experience.

Event Setup
• This is an indoor/outdoor market event
• Vendors will be assigned a 10x10 vendor space
• Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and tents if needed
• Indoor spaces are limited and assigned based on vendor type and event layout needs
• Setup instructions and arrival times will be provided closer to the event date
Vendor Layout
Vendor layout for this event includes both indoor and outdoor spaces. Vendors are placed thoughtfully to create a balanced and enjoyable shopping experience. We aim to avoid placing similar sellers side by side, and we consider which vendors are best suited for indoor versus outdoor placement.
Indoor space is limited and assigned based on vendor type, setup needs, and overall event flow. Outdoor vendors should be prepared for spring weather conditions and bring appropriate tents or display protection as needed. General lighting will be provided, but additional lighting or shade solutions are recommended based on your setup.
Vendor Requirements
All vendors are responsible for meeting legal requirements related to their products. Food vendors must adhere to cottage law or appropriate food regulations. Food trucks and drink trucks must meet their own specific requirements. Vendors selling items like bath and body products must comply with regulations for their category. Any vendor found not adhering to required legal standards may be asked to leave by the health department. In such cases, no refunds will be given for the vendor spot.
Weather Policy
This event will take place rain or shine. Vendors are expected to come prepared for outdoor weather conditions.
In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions that require cancellation, the decision will be made by Willow & Whiskers or the venue. Vendor fees are nonrefundable, including in the case of weather-related cancellations.
