Event Rules & Regulations (PLEASE READ) Policy: NO REFUNDS will be issued. However, we will provide players with credits to future events. I understand that any NGS Hoops Event (NGS) participant who does not abide by the rules, regulations and policies established by the NGS is subject to dismissal without reimbursement or recourse and I hereby waive and release the NGS and LOCATIONS EVENTS ARE HELD from any and all liability for any injury or illness while participating in the camp. I hereby authorize the directors of NGS and EVENT LOCATIONS to act according to their best judgment in any emergency if I cannot be contacted. I understand that each event participant is required to have their own medical and accident insurance. I also understand that the NGS retains the rights to use for publicity and advertisement purposes, photographs of camp participants.The party filling out this form for player understands they are signing for the parent/guardian of player name on this form. No payment disputes or refunds can be processed once form is complete and payment is made. I, parent/guardian vow to forfeit my right to any payment disputes or refunds for any NGS Hoops event.
