Tryout Participation & Liability Acknowledgment
I understand that Plano United FC tryouts involve running, drills, high-intensity activity, and physical contact, and that soccer is a physically demanding sport. I acknowledge the risk of injury, including but not limited to strains, sprains, collisions, heat-related illness, or more serious injuries.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate and accept full responsibility for my health and well-being during tryouts. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree that Plano United FC, its staff, coaches, and organizers are not responsible or liable for any injuries, illness, or damages that may occur.

Important – Registration Fees

Please note that all registration and tryout fees are non-refundable. Payments will be applied to the rescheduled tryout date.
