Nature of Services Provided
We are happy to have you participate in Wellness Counseling Inc. Therapist Retreat.
Wellness Counseling Inc. is excited to offer this international destination workshop to mental health providers of all specialties and backgrounds. This retreat offers 9-12 Continuing Education (CE) credits, including Cultural Diversity credits, approved through NBCC, APA, and ASWB.
It is the responsibility of the participant to verify that the CEs being provided are appropriate for their individual licensure and to confirm acceptance with their respective licensing board.
In addition to the CE training and workshops, this therapist retreat includes a 7-night, all-inclusive experience, which consists of:

While Wellness Counseling Inc. is a licensed mental health practice, participation in this retreat does not constitute therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, or healthcare services of any kind. This retreat is not intended to diagnose, treat, or address any physical or mental health condition and should not be considered a substitute for professional healthcare services. Should a participant experience a mental, emotional, or physical condition requiring care, appropriate referral resources can be provided upon request.
Professional Privacy
We strive to respect participant privacy at all times. However, legal rules of healthcare confidentiality do not apply. Participation in this retreat does not establish a clinician-client relationship, and rules of privilege do not apply.
Financial Requirements
Deposit & Payment Plans
A $500 USD non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
Monthly payment plans are available for both CE Attendees and eligible Non-CE Guests.
Remaining balances will be divided equally across the number of months remaining until the final payment due date.
Payment plan details will be provided via email.
Payments are automatically charged on the 1st of each month, or may be paid upon receipt of invoice.

(Includes 12–15 CE credits: NBCC, APA, ASWB + Cultural Diversity and EMDRIA)

Shared Room CE Attendee Standard Room: $5800 USD per person
Shared Room CE Attendee Premier Room: $6500 USD per person
Private/Single Room CE attendee Standard Room: $7800 USD per person

Non-CE Guest Pricing
(All-Inclusive | No CE Credits)
Non-CE Guest (Shared Room Only): $4500 USD per person
Non-CE Guest Policy:
Non-CE guests must share accommodations with a CE Attendee who has registered and paid for a Private/Single Room.
Non-CE guests are not eligible to share rooms with other Non-CE guests.
Non-CE guests may participate in all wellness activities, meals, and cultural excursions.
CE workshops and trainings are reserved exclusively for CE Attendees, but some might interest guest as well.
Discounts (CE Attendees Only)
Past Retreat Attendee Discount: $300 off
Marginalized Identity Discount: $300 off
Discounts cannot be combined; only one discount may be applied.
Cancellation Policy
The $500 USD deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refund Eligibility Requirement
Refunds described below are only applicable if the participant’s retreat balance has been paid in full at the time of cancellation.
Participants who are on a monthly payment plan are not eligible for refunds unless the remaining balance is paid in full prior to cancellation.
Refund Schedule (Paid-in-Full Only)
If the participant has paid the total retreat cost in full, refunds (excluding the non-refundable deposit) are as follows:
50% refund of the total retreat cost if canceled 60 or more days prior to the retreat start date
25% refund of the total retreat cost if canceled 30–59 days prior to the retreat start date
No refund if canceled 29 days or less prior to the retreat start date
Limitations on Refund Amounts
Refunds, if applicable, will not exceed the amount recoverable by Wellness Counseling Inc. after fixed, committed, or non-refundable expenses have been deducted, including but not limited to accommodations, vendor contracts, transportation, and administrative costs.
Payment Plan Cancellations
If a participant cancels while enrolled in a monthly payment plan, the participant understands and agrees that:
The percentage-based refund schedule does not apply, and
Any right to a refund is waived unless the participant first pays the remaining retreat balance in full, at which point refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation date.
Program Cancellation by Wellness Counseling Inc.
If Wellness Counseling Inc. must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of amounts paid directly to Wellness Counseling Inc. will be issued. Wellness Counseling Inc. is not responsible for airfare, travel insurance, or other incidental travel-related expenses.
Remaining Balance
All remaining balances must be paid in full by April 1st, 2027.
Terms and Conditions
There are no known conflicts of interest for this training.
Wellness Counseling Inc. is not responsible for financial agreements between participants and third-party vendors.
Grievances must be submitted in writing to admin@wellnesscounselinginc.com and will be addressed within 5–10 business days.
This venue is located outside of the United States and may not meet U.S. ADA standards.
Audio and/or visual recording of trainings is prohibited.
Acceptance of Risk & Waiver of Liability
I voluntarily consent to my participation in the Therapist Retreat and understand that physical activities involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, or death. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to participation and to disclose any relevant medical conditions.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wellness Counseling Inc., its affiliates, contractors, and representatives from any claims arising from participation, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Exclusion of Participation
Participants may be excluded from retreat activities if behavior, concealed health issues, or disruptions endanger others. Removal does not entitle the participant to refunds.
Consent for Photography & Video
I authorize Wellness Counseling Inc. to make photographic and/or video recordings of my participation for marketing, advertising, and educational purposes. This consent may be revoked in writing at any time.
Travel Insurance
All staff, volunteers, participants, and guests are required to obtain travel insurance and provide proof of coverage prior to attending the retreat.
Solicitation Policy
No solicitation or self-promotion is permitted during the retreat unless approved in advance by Wellness Counseling Inc.
Intellectual Property & Restrictions
All retreat materials, content, and intellectual property remain the sole property of Wellness Counseling Inc. Recording, redistribution, resale, or misuse of retreat materials or attendance is prohibited.
Acknowledgment & Agreement
By signing this document, I confirm that I have read, fully understand, and voluntarily agree to all terms, conditions, financial obligations, cancellation policies, and participation requirements outlined above.
